Terms of Engagement

These terms apply to every project unless your signed agreement says otherwise. The agreement for your project sets out its scope, exclusions, price and payment stages.

Design approvals

Each design stage is presented for your approval before the next begins. Changes after approval are variations.

Variations

Any change to scope, specification or timing is priced and approved by you in writing (in the client portal) before it is carried out.

Payments

Invoices follow the payment stages in your agreement and are due within 14 days. Taxes are added as the law requires.

Selections

Items marked as allowances are selected by you; the difference between the allowance and the chosen item is adjusted on the final invoice.

Handover and defects

At handover we agree a snag list and close it. Defects in our workmanship that appear within twelve months of handover are put right at no charge.
